You’ve probably heard of NORPAC (Northern Operators Association including Northern California, Reno, Utah & Washington) or SOA (Southern Operators Association including Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana & Colorado) meetings in the past. Well, this is the same thing but just for the Wienerschnitzel operators of the Southwest. At these meetings, there are presentations and Q & A sessions with the CEO, President, Operations, Marketing, Training, POS, Purchasing and some vendors.
